A Barn That Feels Like Family

At JRF Equestrian, horses are cared for with attention and consistency, and riders are supported as they learn and grow. Some riders come for their very first lesson while others bring horses they’ve loved for years. No matter how people arrive, our goal is to create a welcoming place where horses are well cared for and people feel comfortable at the barn.

What Riders and Boarders Say

Families and horse owners trust JRF because of the care, patience, and consistency they experience here every day.

“Those that know horses know that Jana France and her team at JRF are top notch. After a 15-year break from riding, I was hesitant to return because of ‘barn culture,’ but JRF is one of the most positive, horse- and rider-focused environments I’ve experienced. I would recommend JRF to anyone looking to grow and thrive as a rider.”

Kate Bryan

“Jana took exceptional care of my horse and noticed details even I didn’t. When my horse showed signs of colic, she monitored him closely and kept me updated constantly. I’m incredibly thankful for the level of care and attention she gave.”

Jennifer Alford

“My daughter has been taking lessons here for about three years and she loves Jana. We also board our horse there and he is very well cared for. Jana always lets me know right away if something needs attention. We love this barn!”

Amy Briggs

“JRF is a drama-free environment where riders, parents, and boarders treat one another with respect. Lesson horses are safe and knowledgeable, boarded horses receive structured care, and the facility is clean and organized.”

Lynn Guilliams

“This is a family-friendly barn that makes everyone feel at home. Jana is a consummate professional. I recommend this barn to anyone from novice riders to experienced equestrians.”

Candice Sanford

“JRF is an excellent barn with a welcoming atmosphere. Jana and the team are quick to respond and flexible when life happens. My horse has been doing very well under Jana’s training.”

Chelsea Staincliffe

“My daughter has been riding with JRF for years and we wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. The confidence and poise Jana builds in her riders is incredible.”

Sophia Stepnowski

“My daughter has grown tremendously both as a rider and as a person. The trainers at JRF are nurturing, knowledgeable, and committed to their riders’ success.”
